Amanda has over 35 years experience, she is an emotionally intelligent educator at heart. Amanda is passionate about people development and a highly experienced project leader.

Amanda is a Chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development - CIPD (UK); the professional body for HR and people development and a Brain Based Certified Coach (Neuro Leadership Institute).

Amanda is certified by the British Psychological Society to administer both Occupational Personality and Ability psychometric assessments.

Amanda has a Masters' Degree in Educational Leadership and Management and is also a certified Master Trainer and an Educational Inspector.

Having grown up overseas and having worked extensively in the Middle East, Amanda is very culturally sensitive and able to adapt her style and approach accordingly.

Amanda is able to accommodate either short term consultancy work or longer term projects on a part-time basis.
